கோவை குண்டு வெடிப்பு சதி ஒரு பொய்யான நாடகம் – இந்தியன் எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் செய்தி!!!

கோவையில் 2006ஆம் வருடம் ஜூலை மாதத்தில் மனித நீதி பாசறை என்ற அமைப்பைச் சேர்ந்த மூன்று முஸ்லீம் இளைஞர்கள் கைது செய்யப்பட்டனர். அவர்களிடமிருந்து பைப் வெடிகுண்டுகள், மதவெறி துண்டு பிரசூரங்கள் போலீசால் கைப்பற்றப்பட்டன. இப்படி செய்தி வந்திருந்தது பத்திரிகைகளில். முதல் பக்கத்தில் வந்து பரபரப்பு கிளப்பியது இந்த செய்தி. தமுமுக இந்த வழக்கை CB-CID போலிசார் விசாரிக்க வேண்டும் என்று கோரியதை ஒட்டி வழக்கு CB-CIDயிடம் ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டது.

இதோ இன்று ஒன்றரை வருடங்கள் கழித்து அந்த வழக்கு சுத்தமான பொய் வழக்கு என்பது நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மதானி பத்து வருடங்களுக்கு மேலாக கோவை குண்டு வெடிப்பு வழக்கில் கோடூரமான சிறைவாசம் அனுபவித்து சித்திரவதைப் பட்டுள்ளார். ஆயினும் அவர் மீதான குற்றம் கடைசியில் நிரூபிக்கப்படவில்லை. ஆயினும் நீதிமன்றம் அவரை விடுதலை செய்ய மறுத்துவிட்டது. “”இவர்கள் மீது அரசால் சுமத்தப்பட்ட குற்றச்சாட்டுகளுக்கு ஆதாரம் இல்லையென்றாலும், இவர்கள் மீது வேறு குற்றச்சாட்டுகளை நிரூபிப்பதற்கான ஆதாரம் உள்ளதாக” “கண்டுபிடித்து’ தீர்ப்பளித்தது நீதிமன்றம். இது தவிர்த்து நெல்லை மற்றும் கோவையைச் சேர்ந்த பல அப்பாவிகள் இந்த வழக்கில் சம்பந்தமில்லாமல் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது தெரிந்த செய்திதான். நல்ல நீதி…. பார்ப்பான் ஆளும் நாட்டில் நீதி பாழும் கிணற்றில் செத்து மிதக்க மட்டுமே முடியும்.

முஸ்லீம்கள் குறித்த பயங்கரவாத செய்திகள் கிடைத்தால் அதை முதல் பக்கத்தில் போட்டு பொய்யான தகவல்களை சேர்த்து பரபரப்பூட்டும் பத்திரிகைகள் எதுவும் அவை பொய் என்று நீருப்பிக்கப்பட்டு வரும் செய்திகளை தமது பத்திரிகைகளில் போடுவதில்லை அல்லது கண்ணுக்கு தெரியாத ஏதாவதொரு இடத்தில் போடுகின்றன. ஏனேனில் பத்திரிகைகளும் பார்ப்பனிய பயங்கரவாதத்தின் ஊதுகுழல்களாகத்தான் உள்ளன. இதோ இந்த செய்தியும் கூட பத்தோடு பதினொன்றாக மூலையில் போடப்பட்டிருந்தது.

இந்த செய்தி வரும் இதே நேரத்தில் கர்நாடகாவில் ஹூப்லி பகுதியில் இரு முஸ்லீம் மாணவர்கள் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர். அவர்கள் ஏதோ மிகப் பெரிய சதி வலைப் பின்னலின் சூத்திரதாரிகள் என்று தினம் ஒரு செய்தி பத்திரிகைகளில் எழுதப்படுகிறது. RSS மற்றும் இந்த பார்ப்பினிய அரசின் முந்தைய கால வரலாற்றை பார்க்குமிடத்து இந்த செய்திகளின் நம்பகத்தன்மையை நாம் சந்தேகத்துடன்தான் பார்க்க வேண்டியுள்ளது. ஏனேனில் கர்நாடக போலிசு குறிப்பாக வட கர்நாடக போலிசு RSS கும்பலுடன் இணைந்து பொய் பிரச்சாரம் செய்வதும் கலவரம் செய்வதும் விரிவாக அம்பலமான விசயமாகவே இருக்கிறது.

ஏற்கனவே தென்காசியில் குண்டு வைத்து முஸ்லீம்கள் மீது பழி போட்டு மக்களை பிளவு படுத்த எண்ணியவர்கள்தான் இந்த மக்கள் விரோத பயங்கரவாதிகள். மாஹாராட்டிரம் நாண்டடில் குண்டு தயாரிக்கும் போது மாட்டிக் கொண்டவர்கள்தான் இந்த கும்பல். இன்னும் சொன்னால் பல பகுதிகளிலிருந்தும் RSS கும்பல் குண்டு தயாரிக்கும் போது வெடித்து அந்த சம்பவங்கள் சிலிண்டர் வெடித்த சம்பவங்களாக திரிக்கப்பட்டது குறித்து பல செய்திகள் வருகின்றன. தென்காசி செய்தி எந்தவொரு பத்திரிகையிலும் வரவில்லை. நாண்டட் சம்பவமோ சுத்தமாக எங்குமே வரவில்லை(வெகு சொற்பமான ஏடுகளில் தவிர்த்து).

RSS கும்பல் இப்படி அப்பட்டமான ஆயுத மோதல் தயாரிப்பு மற்றும் மக்களை பிளவு படுத்தும் சதி திட்டங்களில் ஈடுப்பட்டுள்ளது பல முறை அம்பலப்பட்டிருந்தாலும், இந்த பயங்கரவாத அமைப்புகள் மீது எந்தவொரு நடவடிக்கையும் இல்லை. நிரபாராதிகளும், அப்பாவி உழைக்கும் மக்களையும் மட்டுமே தண்டிக்கும் இந்த அரசு உறுப்புகள் என்று காட்டியதன் மூலம் அரசு என்பது ஆளூம் வர்க்கத்தின் ஒடுக்குமுறை கருவி என்ற கம்யுனிஸ்டு புரட்சியாளர்களின் கருத்து நிதர்சனாமாகியுள்ளது.

Blast plot charge on five Kovai men found false

COIMBATORE: The Special Investigation Team of the CB-CID that probed the arrest of five Muslim men on July 22, 2006, on charges of plotting a series of bomb blasts in the city, has termed the charges as ‘false’.

The ‘findings’ of the SIT were placed before a Judicial Magistrate here recently and the court had reportedly accepted the findings.

Police had arrested Haroon Basha of Itteri, Kurichi Pirivu in Podanur here, his brother Malik Basha, Ravi alias Thippu Sulthan, Athikur Rehman and Shamsudeen and seized incriminating documents and also a pipe bomb from them.

They were alleged to be members of an organisation called MNP and that since they wanted to take revenge for the atrocities committed on Muslims, they decided to create terror.

Podanur police had registered the case and arrested them. The case was subsequently handed over to the SIT, CB-CID.

The findings submitted in the court by R Balan, Addl SP, SIT, CB-CID, Chennai, states: “The FIR in the Podanur police station under the Explosives Act, 1908 and seizure mahazars are fabricated and false.

“The statements of witnesses recorded by me conclusively confirm this and I am treating this case as ‘false.’ The witnessess collected during investigation exclusive of the police officials lend assurance to the fact that absolutely a false case has been registered and a false recovery of explosives was effected,” the report said.

The investigation done by the SIT is fully corroborated by the aggrieved persons and among them Athikur Rehman was subjected to narco test at a forensic lab at Madivala, Karnataka, and the report of polygraph confirms the theory of initiation of a false case.

`Conspiracy to bomb hospital and other places foiled,’ explosive materials seized

Coimbatore: The Coimbatore city police on Saturday arrested five persons and recovered materials and components meant for assembling improvised explosive devices (IEDs).

Commissioner Karan Singha told reporters that the police had, in the last fortnight, stepped up surveillance on a couple of suspects. With inputs pointing the finger at a group trying to assemble bombs and plant them on Saturday, the police conducted a pre-dawn swoop at three different locations.

First, the police searched a house at Kurichipirivu in the Podanur police limits, arrested brothers Haroon Basha and Malik Basha, and seized components for assembling an IED. Later, they searched a house in the Ganapathy area from where Tippu Sultan and Athikur Rehman were arrested.

Some documents and explosive materials were seized. The operation ended with the arrest of K. Samsudeen of Ramanathapuram, suspected to be a co-conspirator.

The recovered explosive materials are suspected to be a potassium chlorate mixture (weighing close to 400 gm), glass pieces, iron balls, small iron pipes, two batteries, a country bomb and an electric detonator. These could be used to make low-intensity bombs. The idea was to create a fear psychosis by unleashing terror.

Bid to blast hospital

A map with eight places marked was also recovered. Going by the markings, police suspect that the accused had plans to plant explosives in the Coimbatore Medical College Hospital and a few other places. The seized documents include photographs, names and details of a route map of the houses of activists of Hindu outfits, and their daily walking routine.

Special teams led by Deputy Commissioners K. Shanmugavel and P.C. Thenmozhi and Assistant Commissioner V. Rathinasabapathy, conducted the operations.

Mr. Singha lauded the officers and their teams for the “meticulously planned successful operation.”
